Dried morel mushrooms take on a smoky flavor and imparts richness to any dish. One of our favorite ways to use morel mushrooms is in a sour cream strogonoff sauce and pouring over noodles or rice. Re-hydrate by soaking in boiling water for 30 minutes, drain and squeeze out excess water. Delicious gourmet mushrooms. Drying mushrooms intensifies their flavor, so a little goes a long way.
